Sai is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in deep technology. He was a founding member and Chief Architect of Hitachi Application Reliability Center (HARC), Hitachi's flagship offering. Known for his hands-on leadership, Sai excels in defining technology roadmaps, architecture, SRE, performance engineering, cost optimization, and research. His advisory and implementation skills have led to numerous successful engagements for his clients.
Previously, Sai headed performance engineering for Five9 during its hyper-growth phase achieving ~99.995% availability. As a part of his decade-long stint at Cognizant, he established multiple SRE practices for clients in technology, finance, and healthcare. He developed advanced tools for performance engineering, capacity planning, and modeling. He has collaborated with multiple industry experts, presented and published at conferences.
Sai has managed high-profile production incidents, including a significant outage related to EBT cards during the Obama administration. He holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and has presented numerous technical white papers at international forums.
